1. All items sold are strictly non-exchangeable,returnable or refundable.

2. Items is in preloved condition do expect as it is. But we ensure to inspect and clean up the item.

3. Payment should be made within 24 hours. If no payment received, reservation will be cancelled or item will be re-listed without any noticed.

4. 50% deposit will be charged for items that are reserved. The balance will have to be made on or before the agreed due date.

5. Once payment is done,Please do update us.Items will only be sent after FULL PAYMENT has been done.

6. NO COD will be entertained.

7. Items will be packaged properly. However, we will not hold responsibility for any lost and damages during delivery.

8. Delivery will ONLY be on FRIDAY/SATURDAY of each week. Unless otherwise stated based on our availability.
